Rental rules

1. All skiing equipment for hire is owned by Ski sport Rokytnice nad Jizerou (hereinafter the ‘Lessor’).

2. The mutual relations between the Lessee and the Lessor are governed by these Hire Rules and the Civil Code.

3. Hire charges are governed by the current price list.

4. The 1 day hire period is 1 calendar day, as follows:

Rokytka Parking P1 Hire – 8:00–17:00
Horní Náměstí Hire – 8:30–17:00
Dolní Náměstí Hire – 9:00–18:00.

Equipment can be hired for several days as the Lessee requests.

5. Sports equipment is hired on the basis of a valid ID of the client (identity card, passport, etc.) or a refundable cash advance determined by the Lessor.

6. The client hires sports equipment at their own risk.

7. In the case of damage to equipment that does not correspond to adequate wear during the hire period and in the case of loss of any part of the equipment hired, the Lessee undertakes to pay the Lessor the current purchase price of the damaged or lost equipment or the actual repair costs according to the service price list.

8. The following business premises are the places of performance:

9. The sports equipment hired should be carefully checked during take-over. If any damage is found, alert the operator.

10. If the Lessee does not return the equipment hired at the end of the hire period at the latest, despite a notice, their actions fulfil the facts of a criminal offense according to Article 249 of the Criminal Code by unauthorised use of object appropriation. The Lessee acknowledges that the Lessor will initiate criminal proceedings in such a case.
